جب ہم ایسے عمل کی
بات کریں جو ماضی میں شروع ہوا تھا اور اب تک جاری ہو تواس کے اظہار کے لیے ہم اس Tense کو استعمال کرتے ہیں۔
اگر کام Point of
Time یعنی مقررہ وقت سے شروع ہوا ہو تو
Since آئے گا اور اگر کام Period of Time یعنی مقررہ مدت سے شروع ہوا ہو تو
For آئے گا۔
یہ آپ جانتے ہوں گے
کہ انگریزی میں ایک Verb کی پانچ قسمیں ہوتی ہیں۔

Perfect Progressiveمیں Main Verb کی
Present Participle Form آتی ہے۔

We use this Tense when we talk about “on action which
started in the past and still going on”. (Usually since and for)

/ Has been آتا ہے، پھر Present Participleآتا ہے، پھر Extra Words آتے ہیں۔
Word order for affirmative sentence.
Sub + Have / Has + been + Present Participle +
Extra words.
Examples:
I have been teaching English since 2016.
You have been reading my post for about three minutes.
You have been standing at the bus stop for about half an
hour.
He has been working at Malaysia since 2014.
Negative جملے بنانے کے لیے سب سے پہلے Subject آتا ہے، پھر have / hasآتا ہے، پھر not آتا ہے، پھر beenآتا ہے، پھر Present Participle آتا ہے، پھر Extra Words آتے ہیں۔
Word order for affirmative sentence.
Sub + have / has + not + been + Prsent Participle
+ Extra words.
Examples:
I have not been teaching English since 2015.
You have not been reading my video for about ten minutes.
You have not been standing at the bus stop for about an
hour.
He has not been working at Malaysia since 2012.
Interrogative جملے بنانے کے لیے سب سے پہلے Have/Hasآتا ہے، پھر Subjectآتا ہے، پھر beenآتا ہے، پھر Present Participleآتا ہے، پھر Extra Words آتے ہیں۔اگر W-H Words ہوتے ہیں تو وہ سب سے پہلے آتے
ہیں۔
Word order for affirmative sentence.
(W-H Words) Have / Has + Sub + been + Present Participle + Extra words.
Examples:
Have I been teaching English
since 2016?
Have you been reading my post
for about three minutes?
Have you been standing at the
